Refund and Return Policy

Overview

  • Valid for 30 days from the purchase date (excluding samples and Outlet items).
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Samples and Outlet items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Use a trackable courier; refunds cannot be guaranteed without proof of delivery.
  • Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on location.


Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, covering the costs of picking, packing, and restocking items.


Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
  3. Reach out to your bank for updates on processing times.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
